Solution on fixing error 492 in Google Play

Select All apps from Settings In the application list, choose Google Play Store then clear data and clear cache

Force stop, clear data and cache of Google Play Store Choose Google Services Framework then clear data and clear cache

Force stop, clear data and cache of Google Service Framework Then open the Play Store and download or update apps as normal
